I have commited 1 month with RnA gates but in the end, misqueues and mistakes constantly happened. I was getting the run around and getting the financing (and mostly I had to do the leg work when they need to). I have repeatedly told them what I wanted and i was getting the same question. Attention to detail was not there. Responses via email was not adequately returned. Calling the office to leave a message went into a blackhole.

I felt i wasted 1 month of my commited time that they cannot get done I needed to walkaway and find someone else.

I had an issue with my garage door opener and decided to replace it instead of dealing with it breaking again. I called Hale Garage Doors & Gates and they were able to come out and install a new opener in Dublin. The installation was quick, the garage door is working much better now, and everything was cleaned up afterward. Really happy with the service.

I don’t write reviews very often, but this company earned one. From the first visit, I felt like they genuinely cared about doing the job right.

The crew was professional, respectful of the property, and clearly took pride in their work. They made sure every detail was finished before they left, and the gate operates flawlessly. It’s one of those projects where every time I pull into the driveway, I’m glad I decided to do it.

If you’re looking for a company that’s reliable, communicates well, and delivers a beautiful finished product, I highly recommend RNA Automatic Gates.
